• Earnings/profitability
• Customer and Associate Retention
• Operating expense
• Overtime expense
• Labor as Percentage of Gross Profit
• Completed performance reviews
• Working capital
• Days in Inventory
• Number of key and promotable associates
• Service levels
Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing or leading a team. Previous experience in Logistics or Dispatch management is highly desired, and knowledge and experience in inventory management are strongly preferred. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, planning and execution skills, ability to deal with change, handle stress, demonstrate responsibility, communicate effectively (oral and written), negotiate, organize, sell, manage time and associates, coach, and analyze numbers.
Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, and while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
