We are seeking a motivated leader to oversee our facility and lead associates, processes, and policies of RelaDyne in a manner of excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to profitably maintain and grow market share, sustain customer loyalty, and provide opportunities for corporate financial growth.
Main Responsibilities:
• Build a leadership team that supports excellence
• Communicate progress, goals, company direction, expectations, and other information on a regular basis to all associates
• Develop a productive team by hiring, training, and providing professional development
• Provide communication and motivational techniques in supervising, counselling, coaching, and disciplining associates
• Conduct annual performance evaluations
• Maintain guidelines that support local, state, and federal laws including labor, safety, drug & alcohol, and other OSHA policies
Purchasing Strategies:
The successful candidate will also develop profitable purchasing strategies that maximize labor, equipment, materials, floor space, and distribution logistics. This includes managing inventory levels, taking full advantage of discounts, and supporting Private Label and key strategic product usage. Additionally, the role requires managing warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles to ensure efficient operations and a safe environment.
