Job Objective : Responsible for the daily warehouse operations that support branch and corporate goals while satisfying the needs of the customer in an efficient and courteous manner.

Provide communication and motivational techniques in supervising, coaching, and disciplining associatesActively participate in the training of all associates on relevant areasEnsure accurate and timely payroll processingSupport and enforce corporate policies and initiativesWarehouse
Assist purchasing manager with maintaining inventory levels on stock productsManage all repacked inventory to min / max levels including completing data entry / posting in systemPrint labels for all repackaged products, tanks, as neededTrain and supervise warehouse personnel ensuring company procedures are met and followedManage and audit all warehouse functions and processes to ensure compliance and accountabilityReview and ensure accuracy for all shipping and receiving activitiesEnsure accurate inventory allocation and product organization throughout the warehouseReview and manage inventory transfers and movement as they apply to the warehouseAssist operations manager with all cycle counts and full physical inventory countsMaintain good relations between warehouse and sales teams, ensuring all functions communicate effectivelyAssist purchasing manager with all defective items and product returnsMaintain (OSHA) compliant working environment for all associatesManage inventory rotation to FIFO standardsDelivery / Drivers
Manage and audit bulk loading / unloading processes to ensure compliance and accountabilityPerformance Measurements
