Key Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the upscale standards of Relais & Chteaux
- Provide expert cocktail, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverage service
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and appearance
- Collaborate with the Beverage Manager to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive reputation for the resort
- Develop knowledge of various wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails offered, and effectively communicate this information to guests
Requirements:
- Possess an alcohol server certification valid in the state of MT, or obtain one within 60 days of hire
- Demonstrate ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, ensuring excellent guest interactions
- Perform opening, side work, and closing duties for the bar
