Marriage Family Therapy Supervisor

Relate Counseling Center, a non-profit outpatient mental health clinic located in Minnetonka and Eden Prairie, is expanding its dynamic and energetic team of clinicians and support staff. We are a certified community mental health center focused on meeting the unique mental health needs of our community regardless of a client’s ability to pay for services. We are seeking a qualified psychotherapist to provide therapy in an outpatient setting:

Job responsibilities:

This position will offer supervision to approximately 3-6 licensed, unlicensed, and intern therapists. Unlicensed 1 to 1 supervision is typically offered at a rate of 1 hour per week. This position will support a licensure supervision group(s) as needed.

• Promote and oversee supervisee clinical work, caseload management and billable requirements for direct reports. Complete performance reviews, maintain supervisory contracts and provide supervisee training as determined by need.

• Provide leadership and consultation to clinical supervisors and staff. Actively engage in Relate’s organizational culture and be a model of agency core values.

• As part of the supervisor team, actively engage in complex problem solving, professional learning, promoting equity & inclusion, collaboration, conflict resolution, and team building.

• Additional tasks or projects as assigned by the clinical director and/or executive director.

This position can be part-time or full-time with flexible hours at Minnetonka location and hybrid location.

Job requirements:

• Board Approved Supervisor in Marriage and Family Therapy

• LMFT required

• Experience working with an Electronic Medical Record system

• Experience working with children

Salary: Salary: $68,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year, prorated for part-time
