Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Visionary Leadership: Design and drive the company’s comprehensive IT strategy, aligning it with long-term business objectives. Lead groundbreaking digital transformation initiatives, particularly focusing on artificial intelligence and automation to enhance operational efficiency and foster innovation.
- Technology Innovation & Industry Insights: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology. Position IT as a critical driver of business growth and market leadership.
- Executive Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with senior executives and business leaders to identify technology requirements, develop a strategic roadmap, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Build partnerships with key stakeholders across various departments to understand evolving needs and align IT services accordingly.
- Leadership Development & Team Building: Lead and mentor a global IT team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Develop the next generation of IT leaders by anticipating future skill needs and preparing a succession plan.
- Budget Oversight & Resource Optimization: Manage the IT budget to ensure technology investments are strategically aligned to support company growth while optimizing costs. Strengthen relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure efficient resource management.
- Risk Mitigation & Compliance: Oversee security protocols, regulatory compliance, and data protection measures. Manage disaster recovery and business continuity planning to protect the company from potential threats or disruptions.
Key Priorities in Year One:
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with the executive team and IT leadership.

Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a global senior leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale IT projects, such as digital transformation and enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations.
- Expertise in cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence and automation, and their application in driving business innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
