What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Director position at Relate Search?
Relate Search has partnered with a growing manufacturing company in their search for a Senior HR Manager / HR Director, located in the greater Clarkston area! This organization is targeting someone who has experience working in a large, multi-site manufacturing space, focusing on Employee Relations, People / Talent Management and Safety. This person will have the chance to expand on Retention strategies within the organization, as well as identify and address gaps through coaching and development. This is an on-site role, with three direct reports.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborative business partner to managers and supervisors at the site, providing subject matter advice and coaching as appropriate across all aspects of human resources processes
- Partner with Plant Manager & Operations Leadership Team in development and execution of performance management, career and individual development as well as positive employee relations strategies consistent with company core values; comply with legal requirements and promote positive employee relations
- Partner with the Labor Relations Director and team to negotiate, interpret, and administer collective bargaining agreement(s) across the site.
