We are looking for a highly skilled Plant Efficiency Specialist to join our team at Relate Search. As a Plant Efficiency Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing operating results and developing recommendations to improve plant efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze operating results to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement recommendations to improve plant efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- Lead training programs for plant employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure that equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in power plant operations, with a proven track record of process improvement.
- Strong background in combined cycle or gas turbine power plants preferred.
- Technical undergraduate degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role overseeing operational teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
