In this high-profile role, the Engineer will report directly to the owner, meet with key clients, and work on high-profile multi-family projects, plus have the opportunity to work on additional projects in hospitality, healthcare, and more.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- EIT required, PE preferred
- 4 years of MEP experience
- Experience with AutoCAD and 3D software
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes and standards such as NFPA, ASHRAE, and NEC
- Ability to work remotely plus onsite in Plano, Texas multiple days per week
