Compensation
- $19.50 - $20.00 / hour
- Weekly Pay
- Annual Performance Bonus
- Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape
- Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property’s systems in good working order
- Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame.
- Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor.
- Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections.
- Maintain workplace safety policies and standards, including current COVID-19 standards.
- Rotating on-call responsibility for emergency maintenance repairs.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You have at least 2 years of maintenance/facilities experience with affordable housing/residential experience preferred
- Schedule: Part time role at 24 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays 7:30AM-4:00PM.
- Experience with Real Page OneSite software is a plus
- You’re able to work our emergency on-call rotation as needed and can lift up to 50lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift.
