If so, we are looking for you to join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator! Related is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for our affordable housing community.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A RESIDENT SERVICES COORDINATOR

• Establish relationships with service organizations in your community and connect them to resident needs
• Educate residents and staff on available community resources such as case management, meals-on-wheels, transportation, personal assistance, homemaker, counseling, occasional visiting nurse, preventive health screening/wellness and legal advocacy etc
• Educate residents, families, and staff on available community resources (for example, case management, personal assistance, homemaker, meals-on-wheels, transportation, counseling, occasional visiting nurse, preventive health screening/wellness and legal advocacy)
• Provide assistance and advisement to residents on available services that promote wellness and self-reliance.
• Monitor delivery of resident services to ensure they are appropriate and timely.
• Establish relationships with and provide reporting to service providers as needed.
• Assist residents in creating informal support networks among themselves with family and friends.
• Coordinate educational events for resident benefit and engagement, as appropriate.
• Create volunteer support programs with service organizations in the community.
• Provide limited case management (such as, evaluation of social, psychological and physical needs and the development of a service plan) for a resident when such service is not being provided by the general service community.
• Set up volunteer support programs with service organizations in the community
• Maintain individual files on residents which will contain the following: intake information, service termination information, quarterly review and follow-up, human or civil rights abuse, resident/family meeting notes
• Support site and office operations as assigned by manager.

• Full time
• Must be flexible to work a varied schedule but typically M-F 8:30-5PM
  
  
  

Compensation

• $23.10 / hour
• with an annual bonus that is tied to performance

Qualifications

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have at least a year experience in service management, including organizing, problem-solving, and advocacy. Associate’s Degree in Social Work, Gerontology, and Psychology, Public Health or related field preferred; however, experienced professionals without a degree are also encouraged to apply.
• You are committed to exceed expectations of those around you by providing exceptional service
