Responsibilities
Related Fund Management ("RFM") manages several investment vehicles that acquire, renovate, and operate affordable housing and market rate multifamily properties, with approximately 10,000 units owned across these investment vehicles today. RFM is seeking an Affordable Housing Asset Management Analyst to join their team in Boca Raton, FL. This Analyst will focus on all aspects of real estate asset management. This Analyst will support RFM's investment management team to directly oversee capital spend, monitor operational performance and compliance with regulatory agreements, and create value at the property-level, as well as provide accurate, informative, and efficient portfolio-level reporting.
Responsibilities include :
- Perform monthly financial review and analysis on an asset-by-asset basis
- Develop ad hoc excel models to examine operations efficiency or evaluate value-add initiatives
- Produce quarterly presentation detailing actuals versus underwriting and budget and assist with quarterly valuations
- Participate in strategic direction of the assets as it relates to income optimization and expense control
- Produce and review performance against operational benchmarks and track capital spend
