Responsibilities

The Graphic Design position presents an opportunity to join a growing team within an established organization of professionals. As a leading real estate company focused on developing, owning and managing best-in-class properties across all asset classes including office, residential, retail, hotel and public space, we have a strong and growing need to create exceptional branded marketing pieces and presentations to further our business goals.

This role will support all of Related Ross' efforts including creating materials to support marketing and leasing efforts, branded materials for our various properties, internal and external digital presentations targeting prospective clients, potential partners, customer experience materials, templates for digital and print communications, infographics, social media content and HTML code for websites as it relates to our initiatives in West Palm Beach, FL.Design and execute digital, print and video marketing collateral for properties including : social mediaprint / digital ads and billboardsbooks and brochureslarge scale window graphics and signagemerchandisetenant presentationsinvestor presentations

Create strong, innovative designs utilizing brand guidelines and incorporating best-in-class design principlesAssist with RFP responses alongside the development teamRegular refreshes of corporate decks in conjunction with office development needsCollaborate with digital marketing manager to create new website content for properties, community and construction websites, and corporate websiteAssist in developing standards and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and repurposingStay current with trends, best practices, and platform updatesOther specialty projectsQualifications

2 - 3 years of experience in graphic design in a corporate, in-house settingExperience with concepting and executing all aspects of graphic design piecesHigh level of proficiency with all standard design programs including Adobe Creative Suite In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier, the Microsoft Office Suite, CanvaHTML Marketing is a plusStrategic and creative thinker - with respect to both design and overall approachExcellent written and verbal communicationsSelf-starter - proactive, resourceful and flexibleSuperior organizational skills and confirmed multi-taskerAttention to detail a mustSkilled collaboratorComfortable working in a fast paced, high performance group with high expectations and tight deadlinesA passion for technology, content and culture and hospitalityBachelor's degree or equivalent in fine arts, marketing or design preferred
