GENERAL | LEADERSHIP:
- Keeping a high level of service in mind with every task while resolving conflict to benefit all
- Mentoring, motivating and encourage team as well as new leasing consultants.
- Provide feedback and train on deficiencies of team members
- Provide weekly/daily leasing goals (this can be based on the monthly plan or the Marketing Plan)
- Communicate company procedures to leasing team to ensure that deadlines and goals are met

- Monitor Delinquency: (Post rent, ACH forms, 3-day notices, contact residents with outstanding

- Help ensure apartment is ready for all residents to move-in on agreed date.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, Conventional or HUD properties, or multifamily real estate.
- Previous leasing experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- It is vital to have a strong customer service orientation and presenting abilities.
- Working experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working as a concierge, guest services representative, front desk attendant, or reservations agent in the hotel or hospitality industry is a bonus.
- Onesite experience a plus.
