What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact with all potential residents, including their initial visit, phone calls, and follow-
relationship.
- Keep a pulse on market trends to identify future occupancy needs and share your ideas with leadership
- Manage all steps within the leasing process for new residents, and making sure each
- Create, own and manage the company community groups across social media channels
- Be the voice of our clients and escalate popular client requests to internal teams.
- Oversee our accounts payable/receivables, also ensuring security deposits and rents are collected on-
- Prepare our reporting and budget worksheets - including property financials on a weekly and monthly

Qualifications
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experienced Customer Service Pro - You have at least 3 years experience as an on-site Manager. You

- Certified Professional - You are a Certified Apartment Manager, Accredited Apartment Manager, or ARM
- Number Lover - You are familiar with reading financial performance and budget worksheets
- Naturally Inquisitive - You are always on the lookout for better solutions
