As a Porter at Related Management Company (RMC), your work is essential to a clean, safe, and beautiful property. Essential Functions:
- Perform upkeep of the property’s common areas and grounds to standard.
- Engage in minor maintenance work in coordination with building maintenance team.
- Assist in preparation of vacant units with maintenance team.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents while performing job duties.
- Inspect property and equipment regularly to ensure proper functionality.
- Perform snow removal and/or landscaping as needed.
- Maintain building supplies and inventory in proper condition.
- Communicate with management to address safety concerns as needed.
- Support site and office operations as assigned by manager.
- $20.57 / Hour
- Local 1 Benefits
- Thursday 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm
- Friday 2nd shift 2:30pm-11:00pm
- Saturday 2nd shift 2:30pm-11:00pm
- Sunday 3rd shift 11:00pm-7:30am
- Monday 3rd shift 11:00pm-7:30am
- 1-2 years prior janitor, cleaner, or porter experience
- Must be reliable and have experience working with cleaning chemicals
- Must be a team player and be able to work with little supervision
- Excellent time management skills and work ethic needed
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for an 8 hour shift
- Light maintenance knowledge is a plus
