We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable technician who can contribute to the

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Maintenance Tasks: Diagnose and repair problems in such areas as HVAC,
electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring,
hardware accessories, masonry, painting/wallpaper, water features (pools, spas,
etc.), fitness equipment, and waste management systems.
Teamwork: Collaborate with property management and fellow maintenance
team members to coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules and unit turns.
Safety: Conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards and
promptly address them. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and report
any concerns to Maintenance Supervisor or General Manager.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing
their maintenance needs with a friendly and approachable attitude. Be a
responsive and reliable point of contact for all maintenance inquiries.
Trash Removal: Maintain community by promptly removing trash, debris, and
recycling materials from designated areas. Ensure all waste is properly disposed
of in accordance with recycling and environmental guidelines.
Problem Solving: Address maintenance requests from residents promptly and
efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC
systems, and appliances, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
Collaborative Leadership: Assist in the preparation of staff work and preventive
maintenance schedules, daily rounds, as well as maintaining an inventory of
supplies and tools sufficient for providing the appropriate level of service.
Compensation:
$21.00 - $26.00 hourly
with an annual bonus that is tied to performance

Qualifications
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You have 3 to 5 years’ maintenance/facilities experience in multi-unit residential
- You’re able to work our emergency on-call rotation as needed, can lift up to
- You have your EPA or HVAC certification
- You have knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry,
management systems
