If so, we are looking for you to join our team as a Part Time Maintenance Technician!
What You’ll Be Doing As a Maintenance Technician
- Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape
- Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property’s systems in good working order
- Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame.
- Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor.
- Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- On-call Duty: Every other week
- On site Apartment included.
- $17.20 / hour
- plus an annual bonus

Qualifications
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You have at least 2 years of maintenance/facilities experience with affordable housing experience preferred
- You’re able to work our emergency on-call rotation as needed and can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift.
- You are committed to exceed expectations of those around you by providing exceptional service
- You bring determination each day - embracing constructive criticism and pushing to get better

- You are trustworthy and reliable to do the right thing - no matter what
