WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Providing timely and professional responses to phone calls and emails.

Welcoming tenants and new applicants and guiding them through the application process.

Distributing application materials.

Managing resident applications, answering phone inquiries, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.

Organizing educational and volunteer opportunities for resident development and engagement.

Other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION

20.00 per hour

plus an annual bonus potential

Qualifications

Prior experience in the affordable housing industry (preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A proven track record of managing complex operational tasks.

Experience with senior / elderly population
