The Assistant Commercial Interiors Superintendent will support field operations for the successful execution of one of our large scale, fast track projects with a commitment to quality and safe construction processes. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist with day-to-day onsite field construction activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure project milestones are met.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Monitor quality control and address any issues to maintain high construction standards.
- Maintain project documentation, including reports and progress updates.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Assist with the permit process, working with expeditors, DOB, MTA, and other regulatory agencies.
Compensation
- $80,000 - $100,000 / year
- Annual performance based bonus
- 1-4 years’ experience in complicated commercial building interiors. Experience should include retail, commercial and institutional with a high level of systems and finishes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experienced with OSHA 30, and Procore, with proven success on $5M projects.
- A mature professional with excellent judgment and intuitive interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
- A highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-driven individual.
