$19.00 - $23.00 HOURLY

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Partner with our Property Manager to:
o Lead our office and leasing team members to ensure all sales techniques and methods are
aligned with our best practices
o Pipeline business development opportunities with local businesses and prep promotional
materials
o Take the lead on everything related to resident billing – including if there are any issues that
arise with resident ledgers/billing, resolving challenging resident concerns and problems in a timely
manner and with the utmost care
o Keep the office running smoothly - ensure all administrative supplies and equipment are ordered
o Ensure a seamless resident move-in process by having things “buttoned up” and look at all the
details (even the smallest!) for accuracy
- Become an expert on our current rental rates, sizes and amenities of your assigned property
- Keep a close pulse on delinquent rents and other non-complaint lease violations. Process write-offs
Qualifications:
