Relational Excellence LLC is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to develop, implement, supervise, and complete psychological assessment services for clients ages 10 and up. This position will provide oversight and clinical supervision, oversee psych associates, and ensure testing practices and services are in compliance with state and federal regulatory guidelines. Relational Excellence, LLC is excited to be able to offer psychological assessment services to those in need.
Other job duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist the CEO in the development and implementation of clinical services and initiatives.
- Provide clinical supervision
- Conduct, manage, and train staff to perform intake interviews to assess client needs
- Select, administer, and score psychoeducational tests to assess a variety of developmental, educational, and social and emotional conditions (e.g., Cognitive, Educational, Social and Emotional, Personality, Behavioral, etc.)
- Interpret test findings and write comprehensive assessment reports with recommendations.
- Explain assessment results to clients in feedback sessions (Communicate assessment results both verbally and in writing).
- Manage assessment examiners and provide case consultation to other examiners
- Create and maintain documentation system which includes reporting standards, as well as tests and Protected Heath Information security.
- Serve as the point of contact for all assessment questions and concerns and resolve any client grievances.
- Provide virtual testing, when appropriate
- Other duties as assigned
Candidates must have a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical, school, or developmental psychology from an accredited college or university and be licensed in the state of Maryland by the Board of Examiners of Psychologists. The ideal candidate would have 3 years of experience administering, interpreting, and communicating assessment results both in writing and verbally.
