Relational Excellence, LLC is searching for a highly motivated intern who wants to be part of a growing company. Are you interested in the mental health field? Are you looking to gain some professional skills? Are you curious about creating social media campaigns? Were looking for an Administrative Intern who is a creative problem solver with technical skills and a good eye for detail. As an intern for our growing agency, you will be a core member of our team, and play a direct role in the success of our projectsboth client-facing and internal. Sometimes you may be more involved in the initial planning phase of a project. Sometimes you will help carry a project all the way through to the end. Always, you will be surrounded by a creative team that will help guide you along the way through every step. You will work directly with the Office Manager who is skilled in many things and ready to share their knowledge. We tend to wear many hats as a growing agency, so you are ideally a multitasker, that can take direction or work autonomously.
ABOUT US Relational Excellence, LLC strives to promote an atmosphere of hope, self-determination, and dignity by delivering person-centered and trauma-informed therapeutic services from beginning to end with smart, innovative, and friendly staff. We bring together left- and right-brain thinking, which gives us the strategy and creative chops to research, plan, and execute patient care. Since launching in 2013, we have grown to include two offices and serve clients remotely and in person all over the state of Maryland.
The goal is to bring in additional business and build brand awareness about Relational Excellence, LLC to the mental health community.
We are looking for motivated, responsible individuals who are competent in their abilities.
Requirements :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Desire to work in the mental health field
- Able to assist in an array of projects, ranging from social media marketing to HIPAA-compliant information storage.
- Able to take direction and work independently
- Able to work collaboratively with a group of peers
- Appetite to take on key responsibilities in the internship role
- Work on both internal and client-facing projects
- Collaborate with fellow administrative professionals, interns, and clinicians daily
- Be able to multitask and work on multiple projects in a variety of styles
- Keep working files organized within our structured server folders
- Attend weekly meetings with team members to sync on project needs and goals for the day
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Complete follow-up paperwork and data entry in a timely manner
- Eye for graphic design and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Produce online marketing materials and manage our social media page.
- High energy, coachable, go-getter who can work independently and on a team
- Self-starter and ability to work with and without supervision
- We are looking for motivated, responsible individuals who are competent in their abilities
- Maintain the highest level of client confidentiality
- Must provide your own transportation
