Relative Dynamics Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Product Support Analyst to assist with the development of product support and sustainment artifacts within the framework of a Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition environment for electrical and mechanical systems through direct supervision. This position is located at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida. It is eligible for a hybrid schedule.
What You'll Get to Do:
- Identify and implement required Technical Manual (TM) development and changes using Adobe Frame Maker, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Illustrator based on a technical data package consisting of an Engineering Change Proposal (ECP), engineering drawings, and Logistics Management Information (LMI) data.
- Support the deployed Range Systems sustainment posture from project initiation through closure. Utilize engineering drawings, data sheets, technical manuals, design presentations, and other technical data in various stages of development to perform the following:
- Assist with or perform in-process reviews, and certifications and verifications of Technical Manuals with operators, peers, and Customers.
- Coordinate and handle project publication activities, and provide support for the same to the Integrated Product Team (IPT) members throughout the development lifecycle
- Participate in project meetings with direct Customer interface.
- Support product support and integrated logistics functions.
- Perform data and configuration management activities associated with implementation of Technical Manuals.
- Define and implement an integrated logistics support (ILS) structure that maximizes operational capability and product lifecycle sustainability within the constraints of organizational standards and requirements.
- Support the procurement, testing, and fielding of prime mission equipment and spares during the product acquisition process.
- Support the development and implementation of type I training for products fielded or modified by the contract.
- Provide support for Government and contract Support Equipment Recommendation Data (SERD) records, and Source, Maintainability, and Recoverability (SMR) codes.
- Coordinate with and support Engineering and Program Management in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment. Requires participation in project meetings with direct Customer contact.
- Perform other related duties as required, e.g., data and configuration management activities associated with development of ILS products.

Required Experience
- Bachelors degree in engineering, technical communication, or related field or a equivalent combination of experience and education
- Zero to (2) years of experience working in a product support or in a product support of Configuration and Data Management (CMDM) environment preferred
- Working knowledge of materials, components, assemblies, computer, and peripheral hardware designs parts and associated drawings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools, e.g., Windchill or equivalent, preferred
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Some extended standing and/or travel to local and remote sites
- The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship
- Valid U.S. Drivers License
