Relative Dynamics Inc. is seeking to hire a?Program Manager?as the primary customer interface and technical manager on various engineering services contracts.
Job Summary:
As a Program Manager, you serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and lead the team dedicated to supporting the mission. You are accountable for the performance of your team, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet both schedule and budget requirements. You oversee all aspects of the program, ensuring that cost, schedule, and performance commitments are met.
In addition, you coordinate efforts across centralized functions such as engineering, supply chain, finance, trade compliance, and legal to ensure all program requirements are fulfilled. You also collaborate with the business development team to support customer requests, proposal efforts, and growth strategies aimed at winning new business and expanding existing programs.
Your role extends beyond program management to include contributions to general business needs, such as marketing, outreach, employee development, and morale-building activities, all of which align with the companys mission and values.
What You'll Get to Do:

Manage and direct the overall effort on all contract tasks to meet the performance, safety, technical, cost, schedule and quality requirements of the contract.

Serve as primary point of contact for assigned contracts, interfacing with Prime partners or Government personnel, for fulfillment of contract requirements.

Develop necessary management plans to assure the timeliness and accuracy of technical, cost, and schedule information provided to government.

Manage all requirements regarding contract personnel including hiring, discipline, personnel performance and compensation

Review and approve technical, financial and forecast reports, and other contractual reports as required.

Review risk and develop risk mitigation activities as needed

Prepare program status reviews and other formal reviews to be presented to the Relative Dynamics Operations Director, COO, CEO, Prime or Government customers as required.

Ensure the timely recruitment and training of program staff - both direct and indirect.

Support the business development and strategic growth initiatives as required
What You'll Need:
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a STEM or Related field or equivalent experience

15 years experience as a project manager or equivalent delivering high-complexity systems

Positive attitude and resiliency

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Excellent teamwork and communications skills

Proven ability to deliver on-time, on-budget services
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in engineering or related field

Experience working with US Government customers

Experience with aerospace environments other than traditional large prime contractors

Strong understanding of contract negotiation, SOW development, and compliance documentation.

Experience developing work breakdown structures, integrated master plans, and integrated master schedules.

Experience managing programs with dynamic and multi-project interdependencies.

Experience managing cross functional and decentralized teams.

Experience with proposal activities such as volume author, color team reviewer, technical solutioning, developing BOEs, etc.

Ability to obtain a Security Clearance if required for the duties of the position
