What are the responsibilities and job description for the Structural Engineering Visionary position at Relativity Space?
At Relativity Space, we're pushing the boundaries of innovation in the aerospace industry. As a Director of Structural and Mechanical Engineering, you'll be at the forefront of creating a world-class orbital launch site for our Terran R rocket. With two audacious goals – building the next great commercial launch company and becoming America's leading force in additive manufacturing innovation – our long-term vision is to create humanity's industrial base on Mars, paving the way for interplanetary life.
This journey begins right here on Earth, where we design, build, and fly rockets to deliver customer payloads to orbit. Our medium-to-heavy lift reusable rocket, Terran R, fulfills the growing demand for launch capacity thanks to our iterative approach that accelerates design, testing, and development while minimizing costs.
