Job Overview
The Senior Strategist, Event Strategy and Program Management, will work closely with the events team to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, including conferences, tradeshows, and internal events. This individual will assist in developing event strategies, managing program logistics, and ensuring the successful delivery of impactful experiences that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Job Description and Requirements
Role Responsibilities
Event Strategy Support :
Assist in the development of the strategy for proprietary and in dustry events that align with company objectives .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key messaging a build a comprehensive plan on how to achieve aligned goals, and imp lement through promotional tactics.
Conduct market research and gather insights to inform event strategies, themes, and content.
Program Management :
Support the planning and coordination of event programs, including session schedules, speaker logistics , and content development.
Assist in the creation of program agendas, timelines, and run-of-show documents.
Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of program elements.
Manage speaker communications and onsite logistics to enhance the speaker experience.
Operations :
Collaborate with the events team logistical lead on catering, equipment rentals , and team management .
Support the negotiation and contracting process with vendors, sponsors , and paid speakers .
Collaborate with internal teams to manage budget tracking a nd invoice processing.
Provide onsite support during events to oversee setup, execution, and troubleshooting as needed.
Post-Event Analysis and Reporting :
Assist in the collection and analysis of event data, feedback, and performance metrics.
Prepare post-event reports and insights to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement.
Support the development of recommendations and action plans to refine future event strategies and programs.
Preferred qualifications :
T wo years of program / event / strategy management experience and / or project management
Analytically focused with a solid understanding of collection, analysis, and interpretation of data
Strong change management and problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail and an understanding of content and learning strategy
Proven history of initiative, creativity, and self-motivation
Superb organizational skills ; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Superior collaboration and relationship-building skills across interdisciplinary teams
Strong focus on outstanding customer service with ext ernal speakers, partners, customers, and sponsors
E xpert-level proficiency with M icrosoft Office applications ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outloo k ), and a willi ngness to learn additional project management and collaboration tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team environment with quickly shifting priorities
Mi nimum qualifications :
At least t wo years of event and / or conference planning and execution experience with a demonstrated increase in responsibility
Demonstrated history of project management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate , motivate , and organize
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values :
76,000 and $114,000
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
