This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$78,000 and $118,000
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.

- Serve as a key advisor and thought partner to Partnership leadership and collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership to drive business impact.
- Continuously assess and improve partnership processes and frameworks to ensure best practices are followed.
- Build out robust documentation, communications and overall internal knowledge sharing practices to support scalability.
- Manage large scale cross-functional projects that support Partnership team strategic priorities.
- Drive delivery of complex and high-profile process/technology optimization projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- You will independently develop and manage project plans, conduct reviews, remove impediments, and manage change.
- Assess systems, tools, and processes to develop and prioritize technology and workflow roadmap enhancements and automation.
- Own relationship with key business units (RevOps, IT, Legal, Business Intelligence, Procurement, etc.) and help prioritize cross-functional projects.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project/program management, partnership development, or a related role.
- Experience in B2B SaaS operations (focus on Partnerships preferred).
- Experience with the rollout of large-scale initiatives requiring change management, leadership buy-in, implementation, and execution.
- Experience and knowledge of technical systems: Salesforce (CRM) , Impartner (PRM), Skilljar (LMS)
- Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized and creative way.
