Job Summary

If you already have your own clients, that's fine. We help you get more clients. Earn more money by working with Relax and Restore Cleaning Services, we send you all the work you can handle.

Please be advised that this is not an entry-level 1099 position. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients.

Duties
Perform a variety of cleaning activities including but not limited to:

- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed

Qualifications
- Must Have: 2 years paid house cleaning experience

- Provide 3 professional and 3 personal references

- Speak English (conversational okay)

- Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies

- Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance prior to first cleaning
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks such as vacuuming and mopping
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and hardwood floors is a plus

How It Works

You tell us your availability, what areas you want to work in and what types of cleanings you will accept. We send you the cleaning job offers regularly based on what you ask for.

Full time or part time okay. We take care of advertising, phone estimates, customer service, scheduling and billing for the clients. You take care of only the cleaning and get up to 60% of each job, which equals $25-$35 per cleaning hour.

You're able to keep your already established clientele. We're just here to help you gain more business. Start Date: ASAP, interview and background screening take a few days.

Relax and Restore Cleaning Services is not the employer of its registered cleaner; you would be accepting jobs as an independent house cleaner.

This opportunity is not suitable for you if you’re seeking a full-time job immediately. Once a housecleaner works with our company, we will begin to send them jobs as much as possible. However, we are not able to immediately send you 40 hours' worth of cleaning jobs right away. As you work with our company, you will begin to build ongoing client base.
