Job Summary: 

The Commercial Clean Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring pristine environments for our clients and works closely with a dedicated team to uphold cleanliness standards in rental properties, offices, construction sites, and clients’ homes. A keen eye for detail and commitment to client satisfaction will contribute to the impeccable service the company delivers. The Commercial Cleaning department requires work after normal business hours (5:00 PM). Night and weekend shifts may be required. This position reports directly to the Commercial Cleaning Manager.

Primary Duties: 

• Address client needs promptly to ensure high satisfaction.

• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing restrooms and kitchens.

• Conduct routine inspections and maintain equipment, reporting any issues as necessary.

• Handle heavy cleaning duties and assist with special projects.

• Manage stock and upkeep of supply rooms.

• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Participate in other company activities as assigned.

• Assist Team Leads in the completion of work orders – filling out arrival/departure times and job notes accurately on company Apps.

• Act as a liaison with the Commercial Cleaning Manager, reporting issues and suggesting proactive solutions.

Experience: 

• Experience with cleaning in a commercial or industrial environment is preferred.

Licenses & Certificates:

• Valid driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged period of standing and walking, and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.

• Must be able to list and carry up to 25 pounds as needed.
