Job Summary: The Rentals Housekeeping Member is responsible for the comprehensive cleaning and preparation of high-end rental properties to ensure they meet the company's standards for guest turnovers. This role is essential in ensuring rental properties remain visually appealing and fully functional through cleaning, restocking, maintenance inspections, and staging for guest arrivals. This position may work under the guidance of the Clean Team Lead. This position has no direct reports.
Primary Duties:
Perform comprehensive cleaning of rental properties, including living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor areas as applicable. All work must be completed within an allotted time frame to meet production standards.
Replace bedding and towels, ensuring linens are crisp and neatly arranged.
Replenish guest amenities and supplies.
Inspect properties for damage or maintenance needs and report findings promptly. Ensure all appliances and amenities are clean, functional, and properly staged.
Follow customized property instructions and checklists to meet company standards.
Follow all health and safety regulations including the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
Stock and maintain supply rooms.
Assist Team Leads in the completion of work orders – filling out arrival/departure times and job notes accurately on company Apps.
Participate in other company activities as assigned.
Act as the eyes and ears of the Clean Team Division Manager, reporting back and helping identify issues and solutions proactively.

Licenses & Certificates:
Must hold a valid driver’s license.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds as needed.
