What You’ll Be Doing
- Cultivate strong partnerships with operators, understanding their needs and ensuring they get the most from Relax Gaming.
- Drive revenue growth by leveraging in-depth knowledge of our products and market trends.
- Work closely with operators to position games effectively and run impactful marketing promotions.
- Be the face of upcoming game releases and showcase the Relax Roadmap.
- Represent Relax and Silver Bullet content commercially, ensuring maximum visibility.
- Analyze game performance, provide forecasts, and deliver regular updates to the North America team.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to help shape product development.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations while keeping clients informed about platform updates.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
- Travel for client meetings and industry events to strengthen relationships and build new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep industry knowledge and a passion for staying ahead of trends.
- Strong understanding of slots and at least 2 years’ experience in the US/Ontario casino gaming sector.
- Operator experience? That’s a big plus!
- Solid grasp of both B2C and B2B business operations, including regulatory requirements.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a love for gaming.
- Excellent organization, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding commercial targets.
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to top-tier service.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-moving industry.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Must hold a valid work permit or authorization to work in the US.
