What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Service Delivery Team Mngr - Portland Metro Team 1 position at RELAY RESOURCES?
The Assistant Service Delivery Team Manager is responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of assigned RR Janitorial contracts. It is their responsibility to know and understand the contract requirements for which they are responsible, all applicable RR Policies, Procedures, Work Rules, applicable Collective Bargaining Agreements and, RR Safety policies and regulations. Driving is an essential function of this job. Presence at the worksite during normal business hours is an essential function of this position.
Support:
- Provide direct support and training for Janitorial Supervisors
- Provide support to other Project Managers as required
- Maintain viable communications with customers, management and staff support functions
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain customer contact and relations
- Resolve work site conflict
Supervision:
- Supervise or manage the responsibilities for special work groups
Attend assigned meetings - Conduct weekly and/or monthly meetings with assigned staff
Contracts:
- Develop a complete understanding of the service contracts for which they are responsible
Logistics:
- Operate within allocated budget
- Develop and implement work schedules
- Maintain supply levels at all assigned work sites
- Order supplies as needed
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Administration:
- Complete reports and other paperwork as required
Compliance:
- Maintain the 75% staffing requirements
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels
