OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to join one of our client's teams to oversee the efficient delivery of projects and campaigns. This role will focus on managing production schedules, coordinating creative teams, and ensuring seamless collaboration across stakeholders. Reporting to senior leadership, the Production Manager plays a critical role in aligning cross-functional initiatives and driving projects to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the production process for creative projects, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Partner with leadership to plan and implement strategies that align creative campaigns with business goals.
- Develop and manage project plans, outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables in project management tools.
- Facilitate communication between departments and vendors to ensure all aspects of the production process are aligned and on track.
- Review and prioritize incoming project requests, assigning tasks and monitoring progress through completion.
- Document meeting outcomes, including key decisions and next steps, and follow up to ensure accountability.
- Deliver consistent updates on project progress, identifying potential challenges and proposing solutions.
- Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
- Contribute to project presentations and reporting, using strong writing and design skills to bring ideas to life.
- Occasionally support on-site logistics for key events or initiatives as needed.
