OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a Social Media Director to align brand goals with audience preferences, creating powerful digital experiences that elevate perceptions and foster engagement.
In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of social strategists and content creators, driving the vision, strategy, and creative direction for flagship social accounts and high-profile campaigns. Your efforts will shape how audiences experience and engage with the brand across platforms daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.
Foster a culture of excellence, trust, curiosity, and creativity. Empower your team to think boldly, stay inspired, and approach their work with curiosity. Be a hands-on leader who supports and guides during both challenges and successes.
Lead and evolve the social media strategy.
Set the vision, strategy, and operational roadmap for flagship social media efforts—encompassing organic, paid, and amplification strategies. Use data, insights, experimentation, and best practices to drive growth, awareness, and engagement.
Curate and program social channels as a “Managing Editor.”
Oversee the editorial programming of social accounts to ensure strategy-aligned, high-quality content. Make informed decisions on what to publish, recognizing that strong editorial choices often outweigh posting for consistency.
Collaborate to produce best-in-class creative.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops, and collaborations with internal and external teams to develop strong creative solutions. Be present on-site to support your team and collaborators in delivering impactful content.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven leadership of high-performing social media teams in agency or large-scale environments.
- Ability to push for creative excellence while adhering to brand standards.
- Passion for storytelling, brand-building, and creating lasting impact.
- Experience balancing organic and paid social media strategies to meet goals.
- Expertise in tailoring campaigns and experiences for specific audiences and platforms.
