We are reLeaf and we are looking for hard working, motivated individuals to work at our adult-use cannabis retail store in Natick! The Cannabis Lead performs a critical role, ensuring seamless store operations. Experience with Dutchie and other cannabis operations is essential.
Cannabis Lead's duties include but are not limited to:
- Doing exactly what you are doing in your current cannabis job, but having more fun.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older;
- Positive attitude and punctual.
- Available on weekends and / or evenings
- Demonstrated passion for serving the cannabis community.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written;
- Ability to use a Computer and learn new systems;
- Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment;
- Organization and planning skills;
- Be able to lift packages weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
