We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to enhance our brand presence across digital platforms. This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and crafting strategic communication campaigns to strengthen our brand identity and engagement.

Key Responsibilities in the Position Include :

Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
Provide ongoing support to interns by providing information about policies and procedures; assist in managing intern work schedules.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Monitor social media trends and insights to optimize engagement and brand awareness.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor inbound customer questions through various channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns and company goals.
Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing reports and recommendations for improvements.
Support event promotions and live coverage through digital channels.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
Other marketing responsibilities as assigned.
Understands safety requirements; takes action to establish and maintain a safe workplace.
Attends required trainings and meetings.
Participates in assigned and voluntary on-going professional development activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Technical Requirements

Background in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Arizona Driver’s License required.

Education & Experience Requirements :

Associate's degree in marketing, communications or related field; bachelor's degree preferred.

One to three years’ experience in online marketing.

One to three years’ customer service experience.

Thorough knowledge of social media platforms.

Work Location & Hours :

The team members in this position is required to work at the Relentless Beats downtown Phoenix corporate office. In addition, regular travel to shows and events sites is required. Evening and weekend work is required. .

Physical Requirements :

May experience drastic temperature climates

Ability to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments.

Ascending / descending stairs

Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments.

Remaining in a stationary position, often standing. or sitting for prolonged periods.

Communicating with others to exchange information.

Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and / or fingers.

Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.

Lifting objects up to 25 lbs.

Work Environment :

This position is expected to be present in the Relentless Beats office in Phoenix, Arizona for most of the week. Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments. May work in drastic temperature climates on job sites

Schedule Requirements :

This position will work primarily during office hours as events are planned. Availability to work outside the office hours to meet with partners and venues will also apply as needed. Must be willing to frequently work and travel to events during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines and work events. This position will require you to be present at events with frequency although mostly at night, also during the day.
