Your Impactđź’Ą
- Lead successful client implementation of our product (5-10 projects at any given time) as a pivotal member of the Solutions team.
- You will project manage the delivery of AI agent deployment services, ensure customers are trained on the platform and help deliver their first agent build.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across internal and external teams.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive customer satisfaction throughout the implementation journey.
- Help standardise our implementation processes during Relevance AI's rapid growth.
- Ensure our customers are set up for success and value from Relevance AI.
- Ideal candidates should have top-tier consulting experience and/or in-house implementation experience with technical products at high-growth companies.
- Strong technology foundation with eagerness to expand your knowledge in AI. You will need to be eager to learn agentic AI or have prior experience building agents.
- Experience in customer-facing and/or technical project management in complex environments, demonstrating leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering technology projects (preferably data, AI, or analytics).
