Requirements Of The Audit Associate
- 1-6 years of relevant experience in an accounting firm
- CPA certification is an advantage
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline
- Familiarity with financial statement assessments, including audits, reviews, and compilations, as well as Employee Benefit Plan evaluations
- Knowledge of the real estate, construction, manufacturing, distribution, and nonprofit sectors
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Highly motivated with a strong commitment to task completion
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with Advance Flow is a bonus
- Candidates must be local and follow our hybrid schedule out of our Towson or Columbia office
