- Solid understanding of technical aspects, particularly in telecommunications
- Experience with computer databases
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in creating detailed reports and complex spreadsheets. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, is essential. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is also a plus.

- Experience in resource management and budgeting
- Willingness to travel for training and other duties
- Responsible for maintaining records related to work hours, attendance, worker’s compensation, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- High School Diploma is required
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in emergency services, such as Fire Department, Law Enforcement, or Military leadership roles, is desirable
- 3-5 years of experience in progressive management roles is required
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure to meet goals
- Experience in resource management and budgeting
- Strong customer-focused mindset
- Background in Radio Frequency (RF) communications is a plus
- Skilled in presenting to small customer groups
- Onsite role
- Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check; drug screen and have a valid US Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
