Requirements For The Business Continuity Analyst
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3 to 5 years in business continuity planning.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to collaborate and work efficiently with team members across various departments.
- Strong administrative capabilities, particularly in developing and executing project plans to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Possessing a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP, MBCI) certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in business continuity within a financial institution is desirable.
- Experience in managing and responding to disruptive events is preferred.
- Hybrid Schedule - Must be able to commute to the office a few times per week
