Educational Background
Requirements for the Documentation Process Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in a large-scale industrial continuous process manufacturing setting.
- Experience in ethanol production is a plus.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Experience in technical writing, including the creation, development, or maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and organizational abilities.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis.
- Capable of working effectively with a diverse team and communicating information to achieve positive outcomes.
- Committed to continuous improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong focus on safety and environmental compliance.
