#2. 10 years of experience with significant airside and landside design
#3. Demonstrated experience in successful application of FAA criteria and regulations, project management, client interaction, and staff development
#4. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Tennessee or ability to obtain within a 3 month time period; licensure in additional states may be required

Requirements For The Project Manager - Aviation Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- A decade of experience with notable expertise in both airside and landside design.
- Proven track record in applying FAA guidelines and regulations, managing projects, engaging with clients, and fostering staff development.
- Experience in business development and marketing, including preparing proposals, defining scopes of work, and creating budgets for upcoming projects.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a clear vision and talent for motivating and managing teams, supported by a record of success.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Solid experience in managing client relationships and coordinating consultant teams.
- Proven ability to mentor and manage staff, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Skilled in delivering practical, results-focused technical solutions for projects.
- Must hold or be able to obtain a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Tennessee within 3 months; additional state licenses may be necessary.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to meet the company’s vehicle insurance requirements are required.
