Education And Experience
Requirements for the Senior Project Manager - Aviation Engineering:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A decade of experience with a strong focus on airside design.
- Proven experience in applying FAA guidelines and regulations, managing projects, engaging with clients, and supporting staff development.
- Background in business development and marketing, including proposal writing, scope development, and budgeting for future projects.
- Strong leadership capabilities, vision, and a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective client management and consultant team coordination skills.
- Ability to guide and mentor staff, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Capable of delivering practical, results-driven technical solutions for projects.
- Must possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana, with additional state licenses potentially required.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to meet the company’s insurance requirements are essential.
