#1. Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
#2. PE License, licensed in Indiana
#3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in roadway design.
#4. Experience preparing roadway plans for DOT projects
#5. Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
#6. A valid driver’s license is required
#7. No more than three jobs in the past 10 years.

Requirements Of The Senior Roadway Project Manager Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.S.C.E.).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana.
- At least 10 years of experience in roadway design.
- Proven track record in preparing roadway plans for DOT projects.
- Proficiency with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD software.
- Strong skills in technical writing and verbal communication.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Prior project management experience is preferred for this senior role.
- 100% onsite, in-office work
