Requirements Of The Tax Supervisor
- At least 4 years of recent experience in taxation within a public accounting setting is essential.
- CPA certification is desirable but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively, with strong motivational and coaching skills.
- Established as a role model through both professional conduct and technical expertise.
- Background in one or more specialized industries is advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is necessary, with a preference for candidates holding a master’s degree.
- Solid expertise in corporate taxation and related technical areas.
- Teleflex schedule: They can choose to work remote, hybrid, or in office
- The candidate would be located in Akron/Cleveland however we are open to all of Ohio (not looking for candidates outside of OH at this time)
