Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Director of Accounting & Payroll :
1. Must have Non Profit accounting exp.
2. Must have Investment Reporting, General Ledger and Payroll exp.
3. A CPA is preferred but not required
4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10yrs.
Requirements of the Director of Accounting & Payroll :
Qualifications & Experience :
- A degree in Accounting or a closely related field.
- Approximately 5 7 years of relevant experience in financial operations.
- CPA certification is required.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level accounting and resource planning platforms.
- Strong background in financial data analysis and reporting.
