Pay Rate : $ 22.00 / hour

We have partnered with a Non-profit Organization in the Fort Sill, OK area to provide them with a Engineering Tech (HVAC). Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized must haves for the Engineering Tech (HVAC) :

1. Must have at least four years related experience.

2. Must have knowledge of HVAC systems integrated with building controls.

3. Ability to apply knowledge of multiple communications protocols including DMS, BacNet, Lon Works, Siemens, and Tridium to update and maintain the graphical web interface that enables monitoring and diagnosis.

4. Ability to understand AC / DC electrical systems related to controls.

Requirements for the Engineering Tech (HVAC) :

  • Must have at least four years related experience.
  • Able to effectively read, write, and speak the English language.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and climb ladders. Frequently required to kneel, squat, bend, and reach.
  • Required to be able to lift 50 lbs. up to 10 times per day.
  • Must have knowledge of HVAC systems integrated with building controls.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of multiple communications protocols including DMS, BacNet, Lon Works, Siemens, and Tridium to update and maintain the graphical web interface that enables monitoring and diagnosis.
  • Ability to understand AC / DC electrical systems related to controls.
  • Must be computer literate with working knowledge of programming.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people.
  • Ability to read and understand control drawings, electronic schematics, electrical diagrams, and construction drawings.
  • In depth knowledge of electronic, electrical, mechanical systems, and digital or pneumatic controls.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Self-starter, able to work with minimal direction and supervision.

    • Other Requirements :

  • Ability to pass criminal, drug, and driving screening.
  • Ability to work any time or day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Possess valid driver's license and maintain good driving record.
  • If required, ability to obtain and maintain security clearance and base access to assigned site(s).

    • Other Key Requirements :

  • On site role
  • No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
  • Work hours will be Monday-Friday 7 : 30am-4pm.
