Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Executive Director :
1. Master's degree in human service.
2. Texas Child Care Administrator's license required.
3. Minimum 10 years in upper-level management within a related field, with strong experience in residential childcare program design, multi-layered staff supervision, and budget management.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong public speaking, community relations, and time management skills.
Requirements of the Executive Director :
- Master's degree in a human services field is preferred.
- Texas Child Care Administrator's license required.
- Minimum 10 years in upper-level management within a related field, with strong experience in residential childcare program design, multi-layered staff supervision, and budget management.

- Ability to perform bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand-eye coordination, and prolonged sitting / standing.
