Prioritized must haves for the Heavy Equipment Operator :
1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Must have a minimum of four years recent and related experience and / or formal vocational / technical training on heavy equipment. Each complete year of accredited college education in a related field may be substituted for the equivalent number of years of required experience.
